I stumbled upon myself today. I stumbled up and down an all throughout my mind. And I've come to find that Nepenthe creeps around in my head. And then there was bananas!

Let's be honest for a minute. Chances are I am outta my mind. Chances are I wouldn't have it any other way because life is short and you've gotta have some fun. KA-KAAAAA. I'm going to dance until I pass out. Then maybe contemplate the possible methods for explaing the experience of pain to someone who is incapable of experienceing pain.

All the times that you and I simply passed each other by.

Boredom

So I got into a discussion with my uncle, brother and grandfather about cutting wine bottles with string. The basic method is to soak a string in some sort of ignitable and then wrap it around the bottle at the desired cutting point. Then ignite the string while rotating the bottle. When the string has burned for a sufficiently long time quickly dunk the bottle into ice water. In principle this will cause a stress fracture. Then all one has to do is sand down the sharp edges and you're left with a nice little cup.

So I decided to try this, I used a shoe string and Isopropanol. It didn't work. I figured it was because the isopropanol doesn't burn hot enough and in order to remedy this I would use wax. With the string coated in wax, the bottle did fracture. However, the fracture wasn't as straight as I would have liked.

Now I'd like to buy a variac, some Ni-Cr wire (for resistance heating) and using these create a set up in which the wire is wrapped around the bottle and then heated with the variac. I figure Ni-Cr can easily get upto 1000C and that it should allow for a much cleaner cut. I wonder if I should score the glass with a glass cutter before hand.

I think taking glass blowing and molding and sculpting would be a lot of fun. Too ba dit would be an expensive hobby.

Oh, did I break your shell?

music: A Perfect Circle - Thomas

Red hair that flows like water and floats like smoke. Who is she? Why is she invading my dreams? That infectious smell of lavender and burnt cypress, she must be my piece of mind.

Sufficed to say that, as of late, my dreams have been vivid, tantalizing and troublesome.

We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams.

I'm getting restless here. I think tomorrow I will go for a long walk. Which brings me to my next point: I need new shoes. I figure I'll stop by DSW in Pittsburgh the week before school starts and grab a pair.

RAWR!

Warm weather has its advantages. Take for instance my trip down to the National Mall today (went and saw the east gallery and the Hirshorn). Along with being about 70 degrees it was windy; this means that those girls who decided to wear skirts because of the warm weather gave me not only a great view of their legs but the occasional 'Munroe' panty shot. It was a good day. Ever see something so sexually arousing that you're pretty sure your head just exploded?

I want to write a screen play. Maybe just a set of shorts. I figure they would be like if Coffee and Cigarettes was made by Tarantino and Woody Allen. With just a touch of Monty Python.

Also my ass is freaking me out, it still feels like a sexy lady butt.

Mellow roll for the flavor.

Torgo's Executive Powder

My family and i went and saw Twelfth Night at the Shakespeare Theatre on the 23rd. The Rendition had received good reviews, but personally I thought it was poorly acted. My favorite plays are Cyrano de Bergerac and Midsummer Night's Dream.

On another note, i have been packing on the  muscle weight. A day in the life of Alex:

Wake up. check
Eat Breakfast (coffee and whatever is around).    check
Work out (music required).    check
Drink protein shake (add 15g glutamine for extra boost).    check
Shower.    check
Read, surf the net, go for a walk, etc.
Eat Lunch.
Repeat the fifth step.
Eat Dinner.
Repeat seventh step.
Repeat third step (depending on what was for Dinner).
Sleep.

You know what they say, "If you're bored, then you're boring."

Said I'm all messed up about my woman, talk about it over a J with my boys.

Good news from my visit to the doctors: I have put on 18lbs in 3 weeks. That is 6 pounds a week, which is almost 1 pound a day, which is almost a miracle for me. I suppose it is probably the working out daily accompanied by the protein shakes. Sex drive is plenty healthy as well.

Because I am the sun, I am the only one. I'll pull you to me, the moon and the sea.

There was a falcon on the railing of our back porch. I assume that he was hunting some of the other birds that gather because of the bird feeder.

This is going to be a good day.

Tragedy requires a little greatness to begin with.
